Fabric:

300gsm polycotton, hard wearing, double brushed inside for extra comfort against skin.
Looks good, feels good. Material mix leaves you warm in winter and cool in summer in
median climates. Very breathable.

Fit:

Three leg lengths, large waist size range. Articulated waist allows garment to sit under
stomach area so not restricting movement and extremely comfortable. High rear to avoid
‘Builders Bum’. Articulated pre-bent leg, avoids build up of material behind knee so not
restricting blood flow which causes discomfort in lower legs, also pre-twisted for fit and
kneepad placement when kneeling. Comfort fit all over. Thighs are wider to allow for
extra space and comfort when kneeling. Boot leg ends to look good over Cat® footwear.
Build:

Bartacks at all pressure points. Surge stitching to avoid seams opening (this stitch locks
off at each point if broken). All pockets built outside trousers so as not to infringe on the
body when in use and kneeling or in compromising positions!
Features:

• Double cut pockets which can be accessed with any hand on upper trousers

• One open and one closeable back pocket which is cut to be left open if required

• Hang pockets at the front with separate tool pockets which can be worn inside
or outside of double cut pocket. Made from nylon for extra abrasive resistance

• Rubberised waist band to keep shirt in place

• 7 belt loops with wide loop at back (Cat logoed) to avoid sag at rear

• Left leg cargo pocket with pencil and screwdriver pockets

• Phone pocket on outside

• All Velcro pockets so they can be used in motor industry

• Long tool pocket on right leg which is cut out from leg at knee to avoid sticking into
back of knee when kneeling

• Right leg Stanley knife pocket and quick screwdriver catch

• Articulated kneepad pockets, Velcro closed to avoid collection of dirt and cut outside
garment to avoid tightening when kneeling. Ergonomically designed to centre the
kneepad, nylon on knee pocket for extra abrasion resistance, nylon end and inside
patch to counteract wear and tear at ankles.
