Description of the Dr Martens Thorpe Black Safety Boot With Steel Toe Caps & Midsole

This traditionally styled Dr Martens safety boot has water-resistant leather upper, steel puncture-resistant midsole, anti-static construction and heat-resistant rubber outsole. The material is an oiled and snuffed full-grain, water-resistant leather. Construction: The sole is cemented to the base of the upper. Sole Description This hardwearing Nitrile rubber outsole combined with a cushioned polyurethane midsole and benefits from a steel shank for improved mid-foot ridgidity. It's slip-resistant with a high degree of oil and abrasion resistance and has first-class energy absorbing qualities in the heel strike area. It is also heat-resistant to 300 degrees C.
