All the safety boots and safety shoes and safety wellingtons listed on the page are CI rated and means they are Insulation against cold: tested for 30 minutes at 1 -20°C some of them offer better protection against the cold than what the CI specification requires so read the details on each safety boot carefully to see which meet or surpass your needs. There is no requirement in the cold specification for the boots to be waterproof so if you need waterproof boots look for one that is lined with Gore-Tex or another similar product.
