These terms and conditions tell you the rights and obligations you have. Please read these carefully. You may have other rights by law and these Terms and Conditions do not affect these.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Purchasing from us.

To purchase from us you must be over 18 and resident in the United Kingdom or Southern Ireland Currently, we can only ship to the United Kingdom and Southern Ireland. By submitting your order you are offering to buy the goods and allowing us to use your personal details for the purposes of supplying goods (including passing your details onto couriers and other subcontractors). We will not use your details for other purposes without asking your consent and you may ask that your details be removed from our system by writing to the address above.

We are not obliged to supply the goods to you until we have confirmed acceptance of your order, this is not the confirmation provided automaticaly via the site, and this is when the contract is made. You do not own the goods until we receive payment in full.

If you discover you have made a mistake with your order please contact Customer Care immediately. Please do this before we confirm your order.

Prices are checked regularly, however, if we find the price has changed when we receive your order, we will contact you and ask if you wish to proceed.

All prices and offers are subject to change and availability. Errors and omissions excepted. Subject to not selling below our cost price. VAT is charged on all prices (including carriage) at a rate of 20% unless a product is VAT exempt ie safety boots, safety shoes are not VAT exempt. Prices Shown excl VAT are only a guide and no accuracy is intended. Allow ten working days for cheque clearance. For out of stock items, delivery dates given are only estimates.

Delivery
We will acknowledge all questions or queries within a maximum period of 48 hours Mon - Fri.

We aim to deliver goods to you within the time indicated by us, but we cannot give an exact delivery date. We also may deliver the goods in several consignments and will if asked to do so by you,we may make an charge for any extra delivery costs for this service. If we have not delivered the goods within 30 days of expected delivery then you may cancel the contract. We will refund any money paid by you.

Orders under £149 a £5.95 Delivery Charge, there are different shipping charges for different areas ie Highlands & Ireland please select the product group carefully and the carriage will be applied correctly to your order*
* Where the wrong product group has been picked we will change the charge to match the product.

Please Note This Charge Will Not Always Appear On Your Confirmation, But Will Be On Your Invoice Shipped With Goods...
Nextday Delivery is for next working day ie. monday for tuesday - friday for monday orders placed before 1.30pm please check for availability.

Bespoke Onepieces And Trousers

The bove list of bespoke sizes are available to order but under no circumstance are they retunable if they dont fit, no order can be cancelled for bespoke items they are made specifically for you. These specific sizes are specially made and cost twice the price of the standard sizes to manufature. We charge the same price as, the standard sizes but we can not for any reason take them back for credit, refund, or swaping for a different size. All other sizes are retunable for exchange if the size is incorect, where permision has been given, we do reserve the right to refuse to exchange or return. A £5.95 cariage charge is applied to all returns.
Instock Safetyboots UK will endevor to keep the items listed as instock, in stock most of the time, this is not a guarentee. and is restrictd to normal sixes not sizes on the fringes of the scale or bespoke sizes.

Damaged or defective goods:

We will supply goods that are free from defects in materials and workmanship (or longer if required by law) from the date of delivery.
You should inspect the goods when you received them for defects or damage. If you find a defect or damage you must tell us as soon as possible and we will arrange for their return to us or the manufacturer at your cost. If the goods are found to be damaged prior to delivery to you, or defective, we will at our option repair, replace or make good the goods or refund the price paid by you.
Business Customers
Business customers can call us on 01204 523590 for copies of catalogues.
If you are a business or if the goods are used wholly or in part for business purposes we shall not be liable to you for any business loss including loss of profits (whether direct or indirect) business data, revenue, goodwill, or incidental, or consequential loss that you may suffer as a result of the purchase of goods from us. Any other liability shall be limited to the price paid for the goods. We do not exclude our liability for fraud or for death or personal injury. For our performance time is not of the essence. Returns are subject to a 15% handling fee.
If you have a credit account with us payment is due 30 days from the month of invoice and we may charge interest for late payment.
Other information you need to be aware of:
A copy of these Terms and Conditions and your order may not be kept by us and so we advise you to print a copy of them for your information in the future.
If you are a consumer you have the right, in addition to your other rights, to cancel the contract and receive a refund. You must inform us in writing of your desire to cancel within seven working days starting on the day after the day the goods are delivered to you. You must return the goods to us at your cost and we advise you to ensure the goods are adequately insured during any return journey. If you have not returned the goods within 14 days of cancellation or if requested we can collect the goods from you at your cost.

This is important. Please read carefully.

You have the right to cancel this contract for no reason at all and without penalty. However, we will only accept unwanted products for refund within 7 days of delivery, provided that the goods are complete with all relevant packaging in an unused and re-saleable condition Shipping Will Not Be Refunded and where shipping is free on an origanal delivery, a charge will be made, becuase shipping is included in the original price. All return costs to us are the consumers responsibility. We now offer a swapout service were we can bring an alternative product and collect the wrongly ordered product the charge is £7.95 for UK mainland only and the charge may change with out notice.

If you wish to cancel this contract, please write and return all goods to Safety Boots UK, Kent St, Blackburn, BB1 1DE. To cancel this contract you must give us notice and return the goods within 7 working days starting on the day after the day you receive the goods from us.
